Refund policy

Core Return Policy

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out— but don’t worry, returns are simple with Core. Please read our policy carefully before sending back your item.

 

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have a further 7 days to post the item back to us. 

 

Condition of Items

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

We cannot refund items that:

  • Show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or odour
  • Are missing their original tags or packaging
  • Are marked as final sale, non-returnable, or personalised
If a return does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected, and you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs if you would like the item returned to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs unless the item is incorrect.

  • Please use Royal mail postal service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

Please note:

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable (except in cases of incorrect items).
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@coreactivewear.co.uk

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

Rejected Returns

If your return is rejected because it does not meet the conditions above, you’ll be notified by email.

You can request to have the item sent back to you within 7 days, at your own expense.

If we don’t receive a response within that time, the item may be disposed of responsibly.
