Order Processing

All orders placed by 4PM Monday to Friday are sent the same working day. Orders placed after 4PM are sent the following working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


UK Shipping

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked Standard

  • Royal Mail Tracked Express
    Next working day£5.95
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £100 (Tracked Standard)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.


British Forces (BFPO)

  • British Forces Tracked Delivery£12.95

BFPO deliveries may take longer than standard UK delivery times.


International Shipping

We ship internationally using tracked delivery services.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Duties & Taxes (Important)

We do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Once your parcel reaches its destination country, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes required by local customs authorities.

The price of shipping does not include duty taxes.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order, as these charges vary by country and are outside of our control.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can start your return via our Return Portal.

How do i return an item?

You are more than welcome to return any unwanted/unworn items providing that all original tags are still intact.To issue a return please log into your account and view your order history. Please click the link to see our full returns policy.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Can i exchange an item?

We don’t currently offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.

Can i make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once your order has been processed.

How do i track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please contact our customer service team if this is no longer accessible and we can happily assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I amend the address entered at the checkout?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our team, we are unable to amend the address. Please ensure that you are entering the correct details.
