Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can start your return via our Return Portal.

How do i return an item?

You are more than welcome to return any unwanted/unworn items providing that all original tags are still intact.To issue a return please log into your account and view your order history. Please click the link to see our full returns policy.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Can i exchange an item?

We don’t currently offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.

Can i make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once your order has been processed.

How do i track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please contact our customer service team if this is no longer accessible and we can happily assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I amend the address entered at the checkout?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our team, we are unable to amend the address. Please ensure that you are entering the correct details.
